Welcome to PKR777 (referred to throughout these Terms & Conditions as "PKR777", "the Platform", "we", "us" or "our"). PKR777 is an English-language online gaming information and platform site targeting Pakistani users, covering sports betting, live casino, slots and responsible gambling guidance.

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User", "you" or "your") and PKR777 governing all access to and use of the Platform, including any content, features, services, games and promotions made available through it.

By accessing the Platform, creating an account, making a deposit or placing a wager, you confirm that you have read these Terms in full, that you understand them and that you agree to be bound by them. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not use PKR777.

The following definitions apply throughout these Terms unless the context requires otherwise:

To register and maintain an Account on PKR777, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at all times:

• You must be at least 18 years of age, or the higher minimum age required by the operator's licensing jurisdiction, whichever is greater.
• You must be a natural person acting in your own name and on your own behalf. Corporate accounts are not permitted.
• You must have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under the laws of your jurisdiction.
• You must not be a resident of, or accessing the Platform from, any Prohibited Territory.
• You must not have previously had an Account closed or suspended by PKR777 for breach of these Terms.
• You must not be registered on any self-exclusion list or have requested exclusion from PKR777 or any associated platform.
• You must not be an employee, director, officer, consultant or close associate of PKR777 or any affiliated entity, or an immediate family member of such a person.

By registering an Account, you warrant that all eligibility criteria above are satisfied and that all information you provide during registration is accurate, current and complete. You accept responsibility for notifying PKR777 immediately if your circumstances change such that you no longer meet these criteria.

4.1 Registration Process. To open an Account, you must complete the registration form accurately, providing your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address and any other information requested. PKR777 may at any time require you to verify the information provided.

4.2 One Account Policy. Each individual is permitted to hold only one Account on the Platform. Opening or attempting to open duplicate Accounts — whether under the same or a different name, address or payment method — constitutes a breach of these Terms. PKR777 reserves the right to close duplicate Accounts and confiscate any balances or winnings associated with them.

4.3 Account Security. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your login details with any third party. PKR777 will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorised access to your Account where such access results from your failure to protect your credentials.

4.4 Account Accuracy. You must keep your Account information up to date. Any change of address, contact details or payment information must be updated in your Account settings promptly. Providing false or misleading information is a breach of these Terms and may result in Account suspension or closure.

4.5 Identity Verification (KYC). PKR777 operates a Know Your Customer process in compliance with applicable licensing obligations. You may be required to submit one or more of the following: a government-issued photo identity document, proof of address (dated within three months) and proof of payment method ownership. Withdrawals will not be processed until KYC verification is completed to PKR777's satisfaction.

4.6 Dormant Accounts. An Account that has had no login activity for a continuous period of twelve (12) months may be classified as dormant. PKR777 may apply an administrative fee to dormant Accounts in accordance with its current fee schedule, which will be communicated to users via email prior to deduction.

5.1 Accepted Funding Methods. PKR777 supports a range of payment methods suited to Pakistani users. Payment references on the Platform — including familiar names such as Easypaisa, JazzCash, Raast, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank and Bank Alfalah — are cited as contextual references only. PKR777 does not represent that any of these providers endorse, support or are affiliated with gambling activities on this Platform. Cryptocurrency options including BTC and USDT may also be available.

5.2 Currency. PKR777 primarily operates with reference to Pakistani Rupees (PKR / Rs) for informational purposes. The base account currency may vary depending on the applicable operator configuration. Any currency conversion fees that arise are the responsibility of the user.

5.3 Minimum Deposits. Minimum deposit thresholds apply per payment method and are displayed at the time of deposit. PKR777 reserves the right to amend minimum deposit amounts at any time with reasonable notice.

5.4 Deposit Processing. Deposits are generally credited to your Account in real time or within the processing time specified for the selected payment method. PKR777 is not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment processors or financial institutions.

5.5 Prohibited Funding Sources. You must only deposit funds that belong to you and that are derived from lawful sources. You must not use credit cards belonging to a third party, funds obtained through criminal activity, or any other prohibited funding source. PKR777 reserves the right to conduct source-of-funds checks and to suspend Accounts pending such checks.

6.1 Eligibility to Withdraw. You may request a withdrawal of real-money funds from your Account balance at any time, subject to: (a) successful completion of KYC verification; (b) no outstanding wagering requirements on bonus funds; (c) the withdrawal amount meeting the applicable minimum threshold; and (d) no active investigation or suspected breach of these Terms.

6.2 Withdrawal Methods. Withdrawals will generally be processed to the same payment method used for the corresponding deposit, where technically feasible. PKR777 reserves the right to request additional verification before approving any withdrawal request.

6.3 Processing Times. PKR777 aims to process withdrawal requests within the timeframes displayed in the cashier section. Processing times may vary depending on the method selected, KYC status and the volume of requests being handled at the time. PKR777 is not liable for delays caused by third-party financial institutions.

6.4 Withdrawal Limits. Minimum and maximum withdrawal amounts apply per transaction and per period (daily, weekly, monthly) as specified in the cashier. VIP tier holders may be subject to enhanced withdrawal limits under the applicable VIP programme terms.

6.5 Right to Review. PKR777 reserves the right to delay or withhold any withdrawal request where there are reasonable grounds to suspect fraud, money laundering, breach of these Terms or any other irregularity. In such cases, PKR777 will inform the user of the delay in general terms and conduct an investigation within a reasonable timeframe.

7.1 General Bonus Terms. All bonuses, free bets, free spins and promotional rewards offered by PKR777 are subject to specific terms and conditions displayed alongside each offer. By claiming any bonus, you accept the specific terms applicable to that promotion in addition to these general Terms.

7.2 Wagering Requirements. Bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements before they may be converted to withdrawable real-money funds. The applicable wagering requirement (expressed as a multiplier, e.g., 30x) will be stated clearly in the individual bonus terms. Until the wagering requirement is met, bonus funds cannot be withdrawn.

7.3 Game Contribution Rates. Not all games contribute equally toward meeting wagering requirements. Sports bets, slots, live casino games and table games may contribute at different percentages. The contribution rates for each game category are specified in the relevant bonus terms.

7.4 Maximum Bet Restriction. While wagering with active bonus funds, a maximum bet limit applies per spin or per bet as specified in the individual bonus terms. Bets exceeding this limit during an active bonus period may result in forfeiture of the bonus and any associated winnings.

7.5 Bonus Expiry. All bonuses carry an expiry date. Bonus funds not used, and wagering requirements not met, within the specified validity period will be removed from your Account automatically.

7.6 Abuse of Promotions. PKR777 reserves the right to withdraw any bonus, void any winnings and suspend or close any Account where there is evidence of bonus abuse, including but not limited to: use of multiple accounts to claim the same offer, wagering patterns designed to arbitrage bonus funds, or collusion with other users.

7.7 PKR777's Right to Amend or Withdraw Offers. PKR777 reserves the right to modify, suspend or withdraw any promotional offer at any time. Changes will not affect bonuses already credited to Accounts in good standing, subject to the applicable bonus terms at the time of crediting.

8.1 Placement of Bets. All bets placed on PKR777 are final once confirmed by the system. You are responsible for reviewing all bet details — including selection, stake amount and odds — before confirming. PKR777 will not be liable for errors in bet placement made by the user.

8.2 Odds and Markets. Odds displayed on the Platform are subject to change until a bet is confirmed. PKR777 reserves the right to suspend, restrict or remove any market at any time, including during live events, without prior notice. PKR777 covers a wide range of sporting events including Pakistan cricket, PSL T20, ICC tournaments (World Cups, Champions Trophy), international football, UFC bouts and other sports.

8.3 Void Bets. A bet may be declared void and the stake returned in circumstances including but not limited to: event cancellation, a documented pricing error, or settlement of a market based on incorrect information. The decision to void a bet rests solely with PKR777.

8.4 In-Play Betting. In-play (live) betting markets are offered on selected events. In-play odds change rapidly and bets are accepted at the odds displayed at the moment of confirmation. Connectivity interruptions are the user's responsibility and PKR777 is not liable for missed in-play opportunities.

8.5 Casino and Slot Games. All casino game outcomes are determined by certified Random Number Generator (RNG) systems. Return-to-Player (RTP) percentages for individual games are available within each game's information panel. PKR777 does not manipulate game outcomes.

8.6 Minimum and Maximum Stakes. Minimum and maximum stake limits apply per bet or per game round as displayed at the time of placing the wager. These limits may vary by game, market and user account tier.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on PKR777. Breach of this section may result in immediate Account suspension, permanent closure and forfeiture of balances and winnings:

• Opening, operating or benefiting from multiple Accounts (whether in your own name or another's).
• Providing false, misleading or fraudulent information during registration, KYC or at any other time.
• Using automated tools, bots, scripts, artificial intelligence or any software to interact with the Platform in a manner not intended for ordinary users.
• Exploiting technical errors, software vulnerabilities or pricing mistakes to gain an unfair advantage.
• Engaging in matched betting, arbitrage wagering or any strategy designed solely to exploit bonus offers rather than to participate in genuine gaming activity.
• Colluding with other users to fix outcomes, share information in poker or live games, or otherwise manipulate results.
• Using the Platform for any money laundering, terrorist financing or other criminal purpose.
• Allowing or facilitating use of your Account by any third party, including family members.
• Engaging in abusive, threatening or offensive behaviour toward PKR777 staff or other users.
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, decompile, modify or otherwise tamper with any part of the Platform's software or infrastructure.

11.2 Limited Licence. PKR777 grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform for your personal, non-commercial purposes in accordance with these Terms. This licence does not include the right to reproduce, redistribute, sell, create derivative works from, or otherwise exploit any Platform content.

11.3 Trade Marks. The PKR777 name, logo and associated branding are trade marks of PKR777. You may not use them without express prior written permission.

11.4 User Content. Any content you submit to PKR777 (including support messages, feedback or reviews) grants PKR777 a perpetual, royalty-free licence to use that content for operational and improvement purposes.

12.1 Platform Availability. PKR777 does not warrant that the Platform will be available at all times, free from errors or interruptions, or that any defects will be corrected. Scheduled and unscheduled maintenance may result in temporary unavailability.

12.2 Exclusion of Consequential Loss. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, PKR777 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages arising from your use of the Platform, including loss of profits, loss of data or loss of opportunity.

12.3 Cap on Liability. Where PKR777's liability cannot be fully excluded by law, PKR777's total liability to you in respect of any single claim shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you in the thirty (30) days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

12.4 Force Majeure. PKR777 shall not be in breach of these Terms, nor liable for any delay or failure to perform, where such delay or failure results from circumstances beyond PKR777's reasonable control, including natural disasters, government actions, telecommunications failures or cyberattacks.

12.5 Gambling Losses. PKR777 accepts no liability for gambling losses incurred by users. Gambling involves inherent financial risk. You acknowledge that you may lose some or all funds deposited and wagered, and that PKR777 provides no guarantee of winnings or returns.

13.1 Termination by You. You may close your Account at any time by contacting PKR777 support. Prior to closure, any outstanding wagering requirements must be addressed. Real-money balances (excluding bonus funds subject to incomplete wagering requirements) will be returned to you via a verified payment method following KYC confirmation.

13.2 Suspension or Termination by PKR777. PKR777 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any Account, with or without notice, in circumstances including but not limited to:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms.
• Provision of false or fraudulent information.
• Suspected money laundering, fraud or criminal activity.
• Failure to complete KYC verification within a required timeframe.
• Receipt of a valid regulatory or law enforcement request.
• Detection of prohibited conduct as described in Section 9.

13.3 Effect of Termination. Upon closure of your Account, your right to access and use the Platform ceases immediately. Where an Account is closed due to a breach of these Terms, PKR777 may at its discretion withhold balances pending investigation and may ultimately forfeit them if the breach is confirmed.

PKR777 reserves the right to amend, update or replace these Terms at any time. Where changes are material, PKR777 will provide reasonable advance notice via email to registered users or via a prominent notice on the Platform.

Your continued use of the Platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept the revised Terms, you must cease using the Platform and may request closure of your Account.

The date of the most recent update to these Terms is displayed at the top of this page. We encourage you to review this page periodically to stay informed of any changes.

These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them (including non-contractual disputes) shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction under which PKR777 holds its applicable operating license.

You acknowledge that online gambling may be restricted or prohibited in your jurisdiction, including Pakistan under the Prevention of Gambling Act, 1977 and related legislation. PKR777 makes no representation that use of this Platform is lawful in any particular jurisdiction. You access the Platform at your own legal risk and are solely responsible for complying with any applicable local laws.

Nothing in this clause limits your statutory consumer rights that cannot be waived by contract in your jurisdiction.
